Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Provide accurate information about our products, services, and company to clients and visitors - Assist with order entry and data entry tasks - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to learn new software systems quickly - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional appearance and demeanor Job Types:
