RECRUITER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Recruiters will be required to perform all, or a combination of, the following
Essential Functions:
Recruit by engaging in research of available sources such as online job boards, networking, referrals and company data base.
Seek and pre-qualify candidates by pre-screening and conducting phone interviews to ensure he/she is suitable for positions offered and he/she will completely satisfy customer requirements.
Take personal responsibility for and meet all individual & company goals.
Participate in all team meetings and actively share ideas and concepts.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation for each candidate contacted.
Retain a list of skilled candidates who may be available for submission to meet new orders and turnover.
RECRUITER QUALIFICATIONS Fluent in English and Spanish Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Must have strong time-management skills, the ability to multi-task, plus be able to maintain positive goals and discipline.
Must have excellent written & oral communication skills.
Must be proficient in computer skills and the use of the internet.
Must have the ability to work independently and as a team.
Benefits:
