Summary:
Sales Representatives are responsible for prospecting, cross selling, negotiating, and closing contract deals on new, used, and certified pre-owned inventory.
You will be working closely with our sales management team as well as other dealership departments in order to foster and grow our customer business.
As a product specialist, you will be responsible for knowing and being able to communicate all product offerings, optional packages and the latest technology in relation to all vehicle inventory.
The Sales Representative position includes base pay, commission, and an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:
Build relationships & create customers for life Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Be the vehicle expert - Know and be able to communicate effectively the dealership's product offerings, optional packages & latest technology Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles o Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses Strong work ethic and initiative Ability to make independent decisions, work well in a team environment, customer service skills, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are required Proficiency in the use of a computer, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and CRM platforms is favorable Willingness to work the required schedule (40
hours/week) at the specific location required (travel as necessary) Must possess a valid driver's license Background check required Physical Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
